STEP 2: MANAGING CLIENTS - Go to the 'Clients' tab. - Add new clients with their email and phone. - IMPORTANT: Always check for existing profiles before creating new ones to maintain accurate service history. STEP 3: RECORDING PAYMENTS - After a session, click "Record Payment" on the Dashboard. - Select the client and payment method (Cash, Card, Transfer). - Payments are automatically synced to the 'Financial' tab for your reports. STEP 4: TEAM & ROLES (ADMINS ONLY) - Navigate to "Team Management" in the sidebar. - Add Artists, Piercers, or Receptionists. - The system generates unique, secure credentials for each staff member. - Monitor your team's live activity from the Dashboard Overview. STEP 5: STUDIO GALLERY - Upload your best tattoos and piercings to the shared Studio Gallery. - Tag your work (e.g., #realism, #gold) for easy searching. - Use the "Share" buttons to instantly send portfolio pieces to clients via Email, Facebook, or WhatsApp. STEP 6: CLIENT PROFILES - Click the "Action" (Eye Icon) next to any client in the list. - View comprehensive history, medical alerts, and contact details. - Use the context-aware "Book New" button to schedule appointments instantly for that specific client. STEP 7: INVENTORY ALERTS - Check the 'Inventory' tab daily. - Items highlighted in RED have fallen below their reorder point. - Use the "Add Item" button to restock needles, ink, or jewelry. STEP 8: COMPLIANCE LOGS - Each morning, use the "Health Check" button in the 'Compliance' tab. - Log your station sanitization and autoclave tests. - These records are legally required and securely saved in the Compliance Logs.
