1. Who We Are

Poli International Co., Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the website poliinternational.com. We are a B2B manufacturer of professional tattoo and piercing products based in Ratchaburi, Thailand. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at info@poliinternational.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

• Contact Form Submissions: Name, email address, subject, and message content when you use our contact form.
• Email Signups: Email address when you subscribe to tool update notifications.
• Newsletter: Email address, only after you confirm it through the link we email you, or tick the newsletter box when you order a print.
• Print Orders: Name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order a printed poster or album. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and never reach our servers.
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. No personal identifiers are tracked.

Our browser-based tools (calculators, CRM, form builder, etc.) store data exclusively in your browser's local storage. We do not transmit, collect, or have access to any data you enter into these tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your contact form enquiries
• To send tool update notifications (only if you opted in)
• To send the weekly newsletter of new plates and albums (only if you confirmed your subscription)
• To take payment for, print and deliver the posters and albums you order
• To improve our website and tools based on anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use these service providers, only for the purposes above: Resend (sending our emails and keeping the newsletter list), Stripe (taking payment for print orders), Gelato (printing and shipping print orders, which receives your name, delivery address, email and phone number for that order), and Google Customer Reviews (after a print order, Google asks whether it may email you a short survey about your purchase; to show that question we pass Google your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date, and Google only emails you if you say yes). Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. Our emails contain a tiny invisible image that tells Resend when an email is opened, so we can count how many readers open each newsletter issue; we look at the totals only, and showing images is your choice in your email app.

4. Data Storage & Security

Personal data submitted through our forms is stored securely on our servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and follow industry-standard security practices.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and Thailand's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw Consent: Unsubscribe from notifications at any time.

6. Cookies

We use one functional storage key (poli-theme) to remember your light/dark mode preference, and Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous, aggregated site usage. Analytics cookies are governed by Google Consent Mode and are only set after you accept via our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are placed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
