Questions
- Where do you ship printed posters and albums?
- To most countries. Each order is printed to order by a print partner in or near the buyer's country (the US, Canada, Australia and Singapore among them) rather than shipped from Thailand. Printed products do not ship to the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland yet.
- How much is shipping and how long does it take?
- Shipping is quoted live for your country before you pay, together with the delivery estimate, which is usually one to two weeks. A 12 x 18 in poster ships within the US for about USD 5.
- Can a studio put its own name and logo on an album?
- Yes. When ordering a printed album you choose the cover title, a second line such as your studio's name, a message for the first page, and you can upload your logo (PNG or JPG). The only mark of ours is one small line on the back cover.
- What is the difference between the hardcover and the soft cover album?
- The hardcover is 28 x 21 cm landscape with one plate per page and a rigid, wipeable laminated cover. The soft cover is 21 x 28 cm portrait, laid out like a magazine with two plates per page, which makes it lighter and cheaper.
- Are the plates free?
- Yes. Every plate can be downloaded, printed and republished free under CC BY 4.0 with attribution. The shop sells the printing: posters, framed prints and bound albums made to order.
- What if a print arrives damaged or never arrives?
- Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date: a damaged, misprinted or lost order is reprinted at no cost, or refunded. Prints are made to order, so there are no returns for change of mind. Full details in the Print Terms at poliinternational.com/print-terms/.
- How do I pay?
- By card through Stripe. Prints and albums are priced in US dollars; REACH Guard compliance reports are priced in euros.
