Print Terms

For printed posters, framed prints, albums and wall calendars ordered on poliinternational.com. Version 1.1, 2026-10-31. Digital files are covered by the Poli Studio Licence instead.

In short

Printed to order after you pay, by a print partner in or near your country, usually within 1-2 weeks. Import duties, if your country charges any, are yours. No returns for change of mind; if it arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we reprint it or refund you. Buying a print lets you own and display it, not copy it.

Seller: Poli International Co., Ltd. (“Poli International”, “we”). Buyer: the person or business placing the order (“you”).

1. What these terms cover

Printed products ordered on poliinternational.com: posters and prints, archival prints, framed prints, triptychs, printed albums and wall calendars, including albums and calendars with your own cover text, studio name, motto or logo (“Products”).

2. Your order

  1. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation by email.
  2. Products are printed to order. Production starts automatically shortly after payment, so an order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins: contact us within one hour of ordering and we will try; after that we usually cannot stop it.
  3. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a Product cannot be produced (for example a print partner cannot make it for your address, or a file fails our quality check). We will tell you why.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

  1. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay, together with the shipping cost for your address. Payment is taken by card through Stripe.
  2. Products are made and shipped by a print partner in or near your country wherever possible. Where a parcel crosses a border, import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery, unless the checkout shows them as included.

4. Where we ship

We ship printed Products to most countries, but not to the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland at this time. Buyers there can get the digital version instead.

5. Delivery

  1. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, usually one to two weeks; it is not guaranteed. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking link is emailed to you when it ships.
  2. Please check your address before paying. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but the new shipping cost is yours.
  3. Risk in the Product passes to you when the carrier delivers it to your address.

6. If something goes wrong

Tell us through the contact page (or reply to your order email) within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order details.

  1. Damaged in transit, misprinted or wrong item: send a photo of the Product and the packaging. We reprint and ship it again at no cost, or refund you if a reprint is not possible. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
  2. Not arrived: once the estimated delivery date has passed by a few working days and tracking has not shown delivery, we open an investigation with the print partner and carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we reprint and ship it again at no cost, or refund you.
  3. Tracking says delivered but you did not receive it: please check with neighbours, building reception and the local carrier office first. We then open a claim with the carrier. If it cannot be found, we will reprint once as a goodwill gesture. We may decline repeated claims.
  4. Colour and detail: colours on paper differ slightly from colours on a screen, and every monitor shows colour differently; this is not a defect. Prints are made from high-resolution versions of the plates prepared for print.

7. No returns for change of mind

Because every Product is made to order, we do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, a wrong size chosen, or a Product that simply is not to your taste. This does not affect section 6 or any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

8. Personalised albums and calendars

If you add your own cover text, studio name, motto, message or logo:

  1. you confirm you have the right to use that text and logo, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law;
  2. we print what you submit, so please proofread it: we cannot reprint for free a mistake that was in your own text or file;
  3. your logo stays yours; we use it only to make your order, and we do not show your album or calendar publicly without your permission;
  4. we may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund you in full.

9. What you may do with a print

You own the Product you bought: you may display it, keep it, give it away or resell that single object. Buying a print does not give you the right to copy, scan or reproduce it. The free web versions of the plates remain available under CC BY 4.0.

10. Our responsibility

  1. We promise Products that match their description and are free from manufacturing defects; section 6 is how we put things right.
  2. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, including shipping.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
  4. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs holds, strikes or natural events.

11. Your information

To make and deliver your order we share your name, delivery address, email and phone number with our print partner and the carrier. See our privacy policy for details.

12. General

  1. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
  2. Disputes: please contact us first; most problems are solved by a reprint. If you dispute a payment with your card issuer instead, we will provide the order, production and tracking records.
  3. Whole agreement: these terms and your order confirmation are the whole agreement for the order.
  4. Severability, waiver, language: if a part is unenforceable the rest applies; not enforcing a term straight away is not a waiver; the English text prevails over any translation.
  5. Changes: we may update these terms for future orders; your order is governed by the version you accepted.
