Poli Studio Licence

For the 4K plates and albums you buy from Poli International. Version 1.1, 2026-10-02. Printed posters and albums are covered by the Print Terms instead.

Licensor: Poli International Co., Ltd. (“Poli International”, “we”). Licensee: the person or business that bought the Product (“you”). Seller of record for digital products: Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax and invoicing; this licence is granted by Poli International.

1. What this covers

This licence covers the files you bought from Poli International (“the Files”): print-resolution (4K) plates, print-ready album PDFs, and custom albums or covers made for you. It does not cover the free web versions published on poliinternational.com, which remain available to everyone under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).

2. What you may do

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence, with no time limit, to:

1. print the Files and display the prints in your own home, studio or business premises, including every location of the same business;
2. make as many prints as you need for that display, and replace them when they wear out;
3. print copies to hand out free of charge to your own clients or staff inside your business (for example an aftercare chart), provided they are not sold;
4. show the Files, or photos of the prints on your walls, in your own website and social media posts, crediting “Poli International” (with a link to poliinternational.com where the platform allows links);
5. have a print shop or print-on-demand service print them for you, for the uses above only.

3. What you may not do

You may not:

1. sell, sublicense, share, give away or upload the Files, or make them available for others to download (including in shared drives, marketplaces, template packs or stock libraries);
2. sell prints, posters, merchandise or any print-on-demand product made from the Files, or offer them in a shop, online or offline;
3. use the Files, or any part of them, to train, fine-tune or test an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, or include them in a dataset;
4. present the Files as your own work, or use the names “Poli International” or “BioFlex” or our logos as your own branding or in a way that suggests we endorse your business.

4. Custom albums and covers

If we made an album or cover with your name or logo, that logo stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to produce your order. We will not show your custom product publicly without your permission. Sections 2 and 3 apply to the custom Files.

5. Commercial and resale uses

Any use not listed in section 2 (for example merchandise, resale, publishing in a book or product) needs a separate written licence. Ask us at the contact page; we answer case by case.

6. Physical prints bought from us

When you buy a printed poster or book from us, you own that object and may display, keep, give or resell that single object. Buying a print does not give you the right to copy or reproduce it.

7. About the artwork

The artwork is produced by Poli International with the help of AI image tools and edited, selected and arranged by us. We do not claim exclusivity over similar images made by others. What you are buying is the print-resolution, print-ready File and this licence to use it.

8. Refunds

Every product page shows exactly what you receive (format, pixel size, number of plates and a sample), so you know what you are buying before you pay. For that reason, and because a downloaded File cannot be returned, there are no refunds once the Files have been downloaded.

1. Before download: if you have not downloaded the Files yet, you may cancel your order and be refunded.
2. Defective or not as described: if a File is corrupted, incomplete, will not download, or is not what the product page showed, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace it or fix it; if we cannot, we will refund you.
3. EU and UK buyers: by starting the download you ask for the digital content to be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Your legal rights for defective digital content (point b) are not affected.

Refunds are processed by the seller of record (Lemon Squeezy for digital Files), which may also decide refunds under its own buyer terms. When a refund is made, this licence ends for those Files and section 9 applies.

9. If you break this licence

If you do not follow this licence, it ends automatically for the Files concerned, and you must stop using and delete them. Prints already on your walls under section 2 may stay. We may ask for proof of purchase (your order receipt) if we see the Files used somewhere and need to confirm the licence.

10. Ownership

Poli International keeps all rights in the Files that this licence does not expressly give you. Buying a File gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the artwork.

11. No warranty and liability

The Files are provided as they are. We do our best to keep the content accurate, but the plates are educational illustrations, not medical, legal or regulatory advice. To the extent the law allows:

1. we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or business interruption;
2. our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the Files concerned.

Nothing in this licence limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing in it takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. General

1. Governing law: this licence is governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim there.
2. Whole agreement: this licence, with the order confirmation, is the whole agreement about the Files.
3. Transfer: you may not transfer this licence, except to a buyer of your whole studio business, who then takes it on these terms. We may transfer our rights to a successor of our business.
4. Not enforcing is not waiving: if we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
5. Events beyond control: we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example a hosting or payment-provider outage); we will deliver as soon as we can.
6. Notices: we contact you at the email address used for the order; you contact us through poliinternational.com/contact-us/.
7. Severability: if a part of this licence is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
8. Survival: sections 3, 9, 10 and 11 continue after this licence ends.
9. New versions: we may publish a new version for future purchases; the version you accepted at purchase continues to apply to your Files.
10. Language: this licence is written in English; translations are for convenience and the English text prevails.
