Why we keep an archive
When a SVHC enters the Candidate List, suppliers and downstream users have legal notification obligations from that date forward. A permalink to the revision that introduced the substance is useful evidence in a compliance file — it pins your awareness date and shows due-diligence monitoring. The ECHA Candidate List itself remains the authoritative source; this archive simply makes "what changed and when" easy to cite.
