Every amendment we detect to the EU Cosmetics Regulation annexes that touches aftercare: ingredients newly prohibited (Annex II) or restricted (Annex III) in creams, balms, soaps and piercing lubricants.
Why we keep an archive
Regulatory obligations run from the date a change takes effect. A permalink to the revision that introduced a change is useful evidence in a compliance file: it pins your awareness date and shows due-diligence monitoring. The official source ( CosIng, the European Commission cosmetic ingredients database ↗) remains authoritative; this archive simply makes "what changed and when" easy to cite.
