What this means for studios

When an ingredient enters Annex II it becomes prohibited in cosmetic products sold in the EU, and Annex III entries carry concentration or use restrictions. Aftercare creams, balms, soaps and lubricants you stock or recommend must comply from the transition date in the amending regulation. Compare the INCI list on your aftercare products against the entries above, and ask the manufacturer for written confirmation that current batches are reformulated where needed.
